II. Safe and Reliable

1. This model of coaches are equipped high horsepower engines supplied by Weichai Power Co., Ltd., Yuchai Group, etc. and domestic and foreign mature power assemblies to obtain high power, stable performance, and better applicability. They are ideal choices for distance passenger transportation and tourism. 2. The coaches are assembled with closed hoop structure and monocoque body structure technology, for which a national patent has been applied and granted. The professional finite element analysis software is used to calculate, analyze and test the body structure in order to rationalize the body structure, which can increase the strength and rigidity of the body structure greatly, meet the safety regulations regarding rollover of China, and guarantee the safety and reliability of the coaches. 3. The coaches adopt imported separated air bags, which have longer service life and lower manufacturing and customer operation costs, and can be replaced easily. The imported ZF push poles with high rigidity lining, long service life and low deformation frequency are used. The installation structure of optimized anti-roll bars can increase the stability of the entire coaches in case that the coaches are slant. The front altitude valve has dynamic horizontal throttling function that can increase the stability of the coaches in dynamic inclination status. 4. Electric main controller, relays, fuses and AMP plugins of well-known brands are preferred, and the CAN bus and Xcc system are applied to realize comprehensive “Man-machine interaction” for the drivers and increase the level of automatic control and the safety and reliability of electric appliances.

III. Economic and Environment Friendly

1．Professional power assembly matching software is used to calculate and match the engines, transmissions and rear axles of the coaches and select the optimal configurations. The configurations can be determined according to actual road conditions while the power performance and fuel economy are taken into account. 2. The heat management and analysis software is adopted to analyze the engine cooling system and heat flow in the compartment. Electromagnetism fan clutch is applied to optimize the matching the cooling system of the entire coach. As a result, the fuel consumption per hundred kilometers can be reduced by 5%-10%. 3. Sherardizing square steel monocoque body structure and the composite covering of each entire coach can greatly reduce weight of the coaches. 4. Aluminium alloy fuel tanks, air cylinders, and imported aluminium rings are used to reduce the coach weight, enhance the anti-corrosion and improve the fuel economy. 5. Diesel, LNG, CNG and other engines are configured to create considerable economic benefits for users. IV. Easy Operation and Maintenance

1. The semi-circular instrument desk encircling the front part is designed to enable the drivers to touch and press different keys easily and see all the instrument displays. 2. Two electric appliance and storage battery compartments set outside and the integrated circuits and modules used make the electric appliances easier to be maintained.

1. The monocoque body structure can reduce noises generated by the frames so as to make the passengers more comfortable. 2. With the 6 air bag pneumatic suspension and the Front independent suspension, smooth running can be realized. 3. Adjustable defroster air ducts installed in front of the instrument desk and on the A column, and rearview mirrors with electric heating defrosters, and hand and foot heater air outlets installed on the instrument desk reflect the humanistic care provided for drivers to make them safe and comfortable. 4. The coaches are equipped with whole luxury interior decoration, softened foaming window decoration, entire inner LED illumination system at both sides of the luggage racks, aviation style panels at the cold air outlets with reading lamps, and optional totally closed or half closed luxury luggage racks. 5. A 32,000 kcal non-independent roof air-conditioner is installed in each coach. Each seat is configured with adjustable cold air outlet. Independent water heating heaters and forcing radiators at both sides of seats are adopted to keep the temperature in coaches equal and make the passengers comfortable. 6. HD display, LCD color display, electronic clock showing both time and temperature, water dispenser or refrigerator, toilet and other entertainment and service facilities can provide the passengers with more comfortable trips. 7.
